Hey Lady, I’m Callie. I’m the mom of an amazing little boy and completely obsessed with giving you the experience you deserve. I’m a pre/postnatal fitness coach dedicated to helping you navigate exercise in a way that supports your lifestyle while being safe and effective. If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum or have experienced pregnancy loss I’m here to serve as your guide to fitness. I am here to support all women through the many stages of life. I can help you get the most out of your training by utilizing your body’s natural cycle or maneuver menopause!


Diapers & Dumbbells


You will be welcomed, supported, educated, and empowered. This is for pregnancy and postpartum rehab (postpartum is forever.) You will feel stronger, more confident, and energized in your body.

These classes are offered virtual and in person.

This is designed specifically for you and your individual needs! I will use your goals as a compass and create a program unique to you!

Function Forward

This is the ultimate postpartum recovery program to kickstart fitness.

This is a virtual 6-week strength program that is designed to make you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in your new mom bod! Special consideration for the core and pelvic floor will be considered!

You don’t need to bounce back when you can function forward!

Rehab & Recover

This virtual six-week rehab and recovery program is for women who have experienced miscarriage or stillbirth. It provides gentle movement to clear your mind and walk down the healing path.
