Hello and welcome to CrossFit Torrent!

CrossFit Torrent located on the corner of West Main and Drake in Kalamazoo Michigan! We are a gym close to the Westwood neighborhood and Oshtemo!

We offer personal training, group CrossFit, prenatal & postpartum fitness, and nutrition coaching. Here is a link to check out all of our programs.

Our space is clean and offers 24/7 access. This includes a lobby, wifi, classroom space, stationary bikes, treadmill, rowers, free weights, and barbells. We also have showers and changing rooms available for members’ use.
