Peach Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat coconut milk, chilled
1 cup ice
2 large fresh peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 handful of ice cubes
1tbs Cocoa Powder
1C Chocolate Almond Milk
(I make this post workout and add 1 scoop of protein vanilla or chocolate!)
Watermelime Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana
1C Fresh Watermelon
1C Strawberries
1 Lime juiced
1C Ice cubes
1/2C Almond Milk
